Aiming to capture a double-digit revenue growth in its big screen television and high definition products, the US unit of Japan’s Sony Corp is launching a USD 100 million marketing blitz.
Sony Electronics said the campaign is aimed at holiday season shoppers who have started planning for season. The new campaign is Sony’s largest so far and will spread over 6-8 months.
"This is going to be all devices united under Sony," said Sony Electronics' Chief Marketing Officer Mike Fasulo. Earlier Sony focused on individual products. "All of the products are going to be delivered in a unified approach."
Sony's ad campaign will include print, Internet and television commercials and carries the slogan— "High Definition. It's in our DNA." |
