Although Google might deny launching a mobile phone, however the wide world of Internet is still abuzz with rumours that Google is just days away from launching its low cost version of phone.

The new rumours doing rounds are that google has filed patents for Gpay, a new mobile payment processing system where users have to send text messages to pay for everything bought from shop shelves.

Google has become quite interested in the mobile space now, as it is the fastest growing sector globally. Google is even said to be ready to bid for spectrum when it is released in the US.

Besides that what interested Google in the mobile space was the success of iPhone by Apple. Now call it what you want, even Microsoft is said to be looking at acquiring RIM, the maker of Blackberry mobilephones as it sees a threat from both Google and Apple. Both of them have developed their own software to run their phones.
