F-Secure Corporation reported its third quarter financials with an overall revenue growth of 21 percent reaching revenue of 24.3 million euros.
Releasing a statement yesterday, the Helsinki, Finland based security company attributed its growth to its ISP business which sustained a strong level of growth with a 42 percent year-over-year growth.
The long-term strong development of the ISP business continued in the third quarter. The "security as a service" concept that F-Secure pioneered seven years ago continues to meet a very positive response from both partners and end-customers. Nine new partnerships were signed in Asia, North America and Europe during the quarter, and the total amount of ISP partners in 35 countries around the globe is now 159.
With a strong base of partners the company said it is increasingly focusing on close marketing collaboration with the service providers to increase the security service adoption rate in the large user bases of the ISP’s. The ISP business was 9.4 million euros representing 39 percent of the company’s total revenues, compared to 33 precent a year ago.

The significant growth of malware on the Internet makes it necessary to take care of up-to-date protection. We enable ISP’s and other experts to provide data security as a service.
