High Tech Computer (HTC) opened its very first care center in Singapore on 12 July 2007 to serve the local market.
HTC Care Singapore, which is the third of such centers in Asia trailing behind Taiwan and China, will focus on providing a suite of after-sales services to customers that include on-site technical consultation, testing and repairs.
HTC guarantees a quick turn around time for all service repairs at its care center. According to a statement issued, “uncomplicated repairs can be rectified within two working days while more complex cases may need a longer time.” Customers will be provided with a replacement phone during the repair period.
Doubling up as not only a service center but also a showroom, HTC Care Singapore will showcase the latest HTC and Dopod International products. Customers can request for a personal consultation, demonstrations and advice from the staff before deciding to purchase the product from authorized resellers.
“HTC believes that providing superior after-sales support is important to our continuing success, which is why we place such a high degree of importance on HTC care,” said Fred Liu, chief operating offer of HTC.
Mr. Liu also told journalists at the opening ceremony that plans to launch more HTC Care Centers within Singapore and the region is already in the pipeline. |
