NeoMedia Appoints New CFO

NeoMedia Technologies has appointed Frank Pazera as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Mr. Pezera, 46 will be succeeding Scott Womble, who has served as the company's interim CFO and will remain with the company as its Chief Accounting Officer.

According to a statement released yesterday, Mr. Pazera, a partner in the Atlanta office of Tatum LLC, has held CFO positions in both publicly traded and privately held technology companies. He began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Prior to this, Mr. Pazera was Interim CEO of Covista Communications, where he also previously served as CFO and Treasurer.

"Scott has significantly contributed to the redevelopment of NeoMedia, I am confident that Frank has the expertise to help the company through our next critical stages of development and beyond," said NeoMedia Chief Executive Officer, William J. Hoffman.
Mr. Pazera holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, Atlanta.
