Analyst group, Gartner has positioned Sun Microsystems in the leader’s quadrant in its Magic Quadrant for Web Access Management, 2H07.
Gartner places companies in the Magic Quadrant based on their ability to execute and completeness of vision.

Sun Java System Access Manager is a key component of Sun's identity management portfolio, which includes Sun Java System Identity Manager, Sun Java System Federation Manager, and Sun Java System Directory Server Enterprise Edition.
