Symantec’s New Offering Aid Businesses with Financial Transactions

Symantec recently announced the release of Symantec Online Fraud Protection.

Symantec claims that Symantec Online Fraud Protection is a comprehensive program that includes Symantec services, education and ongoing monitoring and management capabilities designed to protect businesses that conduct large volumes of financial transactions and their customers from losses due to online fraud.

Symantec’s this offering is also backed by the company’s Global Intelligence Network, which according to it provides a comprehensive view of Internet attack activity based on security intelligence data gathered from around the world. Symantec Online Fraud Protection includes: Phishing Monitoring, Transaction Monitoring, Online Fraud Incident Response and Countermeasures, Malware Intelligence and Analysis, Consumer Education and Protection and Expert Resident.

Symantec Online Fraud Protection is available in all regions globally. Pricing is based on the number of brands protected, the number of online users and the degree of onsite support required.
